About this Collection
The Petrified Wood collection originates from trees fallen during the Jurassic period, downed logs were turned to stone as their organic matter was replaced by dissolved minerals. This process, which occurred over millions of years, gave each log a myriad of unique mineral colours from the surrounding earth, while preserving the original characteristics of these prehistoric logs. This line includes pedestals, slabs, side tables and sinks.
